The Pittsburgh Steelers’ injuries continue to mount in an ugly first half against the Cincinnati Bengals. Ricardo Mathews just left today’s game with a right ankle injury. His return is questionable.
Mathews’ injury leaves the team with just three healthy defensive linemen: Javon Hargrave, Daniel McCullers, and L.T. Walton. Two of those are nose tackles. Stephon Tuitt left earlier with a right knee injury.
The Bengals have already racked up 68 yards rushing against the Steelers in the first half with two touchdowns.
We’ll update you on Mathews’ return, if any, when we get word.
