The Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys have both released their lists of inactive players ahead of Sunday’s game at Heinz Field and when it comes to the home team, there are no surprises.
The Steelers ruled out wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey (foot), running back DeAngelo Williams (knee), safety Jordan Dangerfield (groin) and wide receiver Markus Wheaton (shoulder) on their Friday injury report and all four players are inactive on Sunday.
Joining those four players on this week’s inactive list are quarterback Zach Mettenberger, defensive end L.T. Walton and tackle Brian Mihalik.
After being healthy scratches last Sunday, fullback Roosevelt Nix and cornerback Justin Gilbert are both active for Sunday’s game against the Cowboys. As expected, tight end Ladarius Green is also active Sunday after being removed from the team’s Reserve/PUP list on Saturday.
