The Dallas Cowboys have now released their Thursday injury report ahead of Sunday’s game at Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers and it’s exactly like the one the team released on Wednesday.
Not practicing again on Thursday were safety Barry Church (forearm), cornerback Morris Claiborne (groin), guard Ronald Leary (concussion), and tackle Tyron Smith (back). Of those four players, Smith is the only one that you can bet on playing Sunday against the Steelers.
The Cowboys won’t have Church and Claiborne against the Steelers and that could play a huge part in Sunday’s game as both players are starters in their secondary. Leary is also a starter on the Cowboys offensive line and it will be interesting to see if he gets cleared to play by Sunday.
Limited in practice once again for the Cowboys on Thursday were defensive end Ryan Davis (hamstring), tackle Chaz Green (foot) and defensive end Demarcus Lawrence (back, shoulder).
Practicing fully again on Thursday for the Cowboys were wide receiver Dez Bryant (knee) and quarterback Tony Romo (back).
