The Cleveland Browns have now released their Thursday injury report ahead of Sunday’s home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and it includes one significant development.
First, not practicing again on Thursday were tackle Joe Thomas (knee) and cornerback Tramon Williams (knee). Thomas, however, is expected to play Sunday against the Steelers as he’s yet to miss a game so far during his career. As for Williams, we’ll see what Friday has in store for him.
Limited again on Thursday for the Browns was cornerback Jamar Taylor (groin) and his status for Sunday’s game, much like Williams’ is probably still up in the air right now.
After practicing fully on Wednesday, cornerback Joe Haden (groin) was limited on Thursday and that’s a significant development. We’ll have to see if he’s able to practice fully on Friday. He is the Browns best cornerback and expected to follow Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown quite a bit on Sunday if he plays. According to reports, he was scheduled to be limited on Thursday and still on track to play.
Practicing fully again on Thursday for the Browns were wide receiver Andrew Hawkins (finger), defensive tackle Danny Shelton (wrist) and tight end Randall Telfer (thumb). All three players are expected to play against the Steelers.
