The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their inactive list for Sunday’s Week 6 road game against the Miami Dolphins and as expected, the six players ruled out on the Friday injury report are included on it.
Additionally, wide receiver Sammie Coates, who ended the week listed as questionable with a finger injury, is dressed and is active. It is still unclear as to how much Coates will play against the Dolphins despite being active. The Steelers promoted wide receiver Cobi Hamilton from their practice squad on Saturday and he is dressed and ready for action.
Inactive this week because of injuries are center/guard Cody Wallace (knee), cornerback Cameron Heyward (hamstring), wide receiver Markus Wheaton (shoulder), linebacker Ryan Shazier (knee), tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle) and safety Shamarko Thomas (groin).
With Gilbert out again, Chris Hubbard will make his second career start at right tackle against the Dolphins and he’ll be backed up once again by Matt Feiler, who was promoted from the practice squad a week ago.
