The Cincinnati Bengals are preparing to play the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at Heinz Field and their Thursday injury report has a few changes from the one they released on Wednesday.
After having Wednesday off, tackle Andrew Whitworth (not injury related) practiced fully on Thursday and he has thus been removed from the Bengals injury report.
Sitting out for a second consecutive day on Thursday were tight end Tyler Eifert (ankle) and defensive tackle Pat Sims (ankle). Eifert is expected to miss Sundays game against the Steelers and it’s currently not looking good for Sims to play, either.
Limited again on Thursday was Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap (shoulder/toe). After being limited on Wednesday, cornerback Adam Jones (back) was able to practice fully on Thursday and so he should be good to go for Sunday.
Cornerback Darqueze Dennard (ankle) practiced fully again on Thursday and thus it looks like he’ll be able to play Sunday against the Steelers as well.
Wide receiver James Wright (knee) was added to the Bengals injury report on Thursday after failing to practice.
