If you have ever wondered what a daily mandatory minicamp schedule looks like for the Pittsburgh Steelers, you are now in luck as wide receiver Antonio Brown posted a picture of his Tuesday morning on Twitter.
As you can see below, the players have a lot on their plates over the course of these three days of minicamp and it begins every morning with a mandatory team breakfast. After breaking bread and eggs together, the players then attend several meetings before going through a Dynamic Warm Up. After participating in Walk Thrus, they all break for lunch before taking part in another set of Walk Thrus. Those are followed by a two and half hour team practice.
The team’s mandatory minicamp schedule is likely designed to closely mirror what will happen seven weeks from now when training camp gets underway in Latrobe. The Steelers annual minicamp will conclude on Thursday.
