Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell is still currently working his way back from the knee injury that he suffered last year and he recently spent time showing boxer and film actor Victor Ortiz what goes into his workouts in a recent video for Celebrity Sweat.
Bell told Ortiz that he likes to do 200 leg lift crunches a day after every workout and that includes him holding each one for two seconds. He then proceeded to demonstrate those.
“Sometimes if I feel real good, I’ll do about 300, but usually 200 a day and I continue to do them,” said Bell.
Bell is currently doing his offseason training and rehab at Bommarito Performance Systems in Miami just as he has done the last several offseasons. He is currently not expected to be ready to participate fully in the Steelers OTAs in a few more months. The hope is that he he’ll be ready for the start of the 2016 regular season, however.
