Season 6, Episode 44 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I get right things started by going over several of the main talking points that came out of weekly Tuesday press conference.
Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin certainly gave us a lot to talk about and we start by recapping what he said about new running back Isaiah Pead. We also discuss his answers to the clock management questions in addition to the answers he gave to several other questions.
With Ben Roethlisberger not playing well Sunday in his first game back injury, David and I have a look at the quarterback’s stats during his career in his second games back from previous injuries. We throw out a narrative similar to the one we had last week for you to ponder.
David and I then close out the first half of the show with some final thoughts on the Steelers loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
In the second half of this show, David and I welcome Jimmy Durkin, who covers the Oakland Raiders for the Bay Area Newsgroup. Jimmy helps us preview the upcoming Week 9 at Heinz Field and he provides excellent insight on the visiting Raiders team who have surprised quite a few people this year.
