The Oakland Raiders have released their final injury report of the week prior to Sunday’s game at Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers and as expected, only one player has been ruled out for that contest.
Linebacker Neiron Ball (knee) failed to practice once again on Friday and he has been ruled out for Sunday’s game. Ball, who was drafted by the Raiders in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft, injured his knee a few weeks ago and hasn’t practiced since.
Raiders safety T.J. Carrie (shoulder, hip) was limited for a third straight day on Friday and he ends the week listed as questionable. He has yet to miss a game this season.
Safety Larry Asante (knee), defensive end Khalil Mack (hamstring), safety Taylor Mays (ankle), and safety Charles Woodson (shoulder, knee) all practiced fully on Friday and all end the week listed as probable. Mack, the Raiders first-round draft pick last year, slowly did more as the week went on and he’s expected to play Sunday against the Steelers. Mack currently leads the Raiders in sacks with 4.
