Season 6, Episode 34 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I recap the Pittsburgh Steelers last-second 24-20 win Monday night over the San Diego Chargers.
As you can imagine, we have quite a bit to talk about in this show as we discuss the final play call, the play of quarterback Mike Vick, the play of the defense and much, much more.
We discuss the botched time management by the referees late in the game on the final kickoff in addition to a few other questionable calls by the officials in the game.
The Steelers defense played well enough for the team to win Monday night even though they had problems covering Chargers tight end Antonio Gates. We discuss what they did do well Monday night in addition to the bad.
We break down the play of several individual Steelers players in the game as much as time will allow us and recap the team’s injury situation headed into Week 6.
We are all over the place in this episode so you might have to listen to it twice to keep up. There’s even some math in this show and I even attempt to provide David some questions to ask head coach Mike Tomlin during his Tuesday press conference.
