The Arizona Cardinals are currently in West Virginia preparing for their Sunday game at Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers and their Wednesday injury report includes several starters.
Not practicing on Wednesday were linebacker Alex Okafor (calf), wide receiver John Brown (hamstring), safety Tyrann Mathieu (heel) and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (chest).
Okafor has already been ruled out for Monday’s night game so expect the newly signed Dwight Freeney and rookie Markus Golden to split time Sunday at weak outside linebacker in his absence.
As far as Brown, Mathieu and Woodley all go, Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said Wednesday afternoon that all three should be good to go by Sunday.
Limited on Wednesday were cornerback Justin Bethel (foot), tight end Darren Fells (hip), safety Tony Jefferson (neck) and safety Rashad Johnson (hip).
Practicing filly on Wednesday were wide receiver J.J. Nelson (shoulder) and tackle Jared Veldheer (ribs).
