Steelers Vs 49ers Injury Report: Cortez Allen Questionable, Brandon Boykin Probable

The Pittsburgh Steelers’ Friday afternoon injury report brought good news for one cornerback and murky news for another. Brandon Boykin (groin), despite being held out of Thursday’s practice, is officially listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers, according to Steelers.com’s Bob Labriola. Boykin has been listed with a groin injury.

Cornerback Cortez Allen (knee), held out on Wednesday and a limited participant yesterday, is officially ruled questionable.

If Allen is out, it’ll be interesting to see who grabs the left cornerback spot – Boykin or Antwon Blake.

Ryan Shazier (knee), Will Allen (concussion), Sean Spence (hamstring), and Landry Jones (concussion) are all considered probable.

The Steelers and 49ers kickoff 1 PM/ET on Sunday.

UPDATE: The 49ers have ruled running back Reggie Bush out with a calf injury.
