Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey has left Sunday’s preseason game against the Green Bay Packers in the first quarter with a left ankle injury.
Pouncey was injured when Packers defensive back HaHa Clinton-Dix fell into the back of his leg while tackling running back Le’Veon Bell.
Pouncey limped very slowly off the field and was eventually carted off to the locker room.
Cody Wallace replaced Pouncey at center.
The Packers currently lead the Steelers 8-2.
