The Pittsburgh Steelers are beginning to wind down their Saturday training camp practice at Saint Vincent College and appears as though two players had to leave the field early with members of the training staff.
According to Alex Kozora, safety Shamarko Thomas and running back Josh Harris both left the field with about 20 minutes left to go in practice. Head coach Mike Tomlin might update the status of both players after practice concludes as right now there is no word as to what is ailing them. Running back Ross Scheuerman also left practice early with an injury.

Several veterans are also sitting out Saturday and that’s probably not too surprising being as the team practiced Friday night.
The team did get a few injured players back on the field Saturday, however, as cornerback Cortez Allen and safety Gerod Holliman both returned to action. Holliman missed the Friday night practice with a lower leg injury.
We will provide a complete update for as to who worked and who didn’t later in the evening.
