The last time a Cleveland professional sports team won a championship was in 1964 and now that the Cavaliers have lost in the NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors, that streak is likely to extend on in to 2016.
After the Warriors were crowned champions Tuesday night, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams took a shot at the city of Cleveland on Twitter.
At the end of the Day it's Cleveland lol what did you really expect 😂😂😂😂

Classless? Maybe. Funny? Definitely.
Besides, the Cavaliers used the Steelers logo and pictures of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on their video board this year to entice boos, so all is fair in love and war. Right?
Now that LeBron James is back in Cleveland with the Cavaliers, I’m sure they’ll be back next season competing for a championship. At some point the drought will end in Cleveland but I doubt seriously that the Browns will be responsible for it.
