Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Antwon Blake was probably jumping for joy on Friday after he signed his one-year, $1.542 million restricted tender. In addition to jumping then, Blake also showed recently that he can jump 56-inches on to a box as well and below is video proof of that courtesy of his Instagram account.
Blake is apparently doing his offseason training in Missouri City, Texas at Mo-City Fitness And Sports and in case you are curious, the former undrafted free agent out of Texas-El Paso reportedly registered a 39-inch vertical jump at his 2012 Pro Day.
