Season 5, Episode 79 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and David Todd jump right into talking about several things that Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert had to say Wednesday during his 15 minute talk with the media at the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine.
While Colbert really didn’t have a ton to say that was new worthy, we examine what he did say about cornerback Cortez Allen and linebacker Jason Worilds.
We discuss the Steelers cash over cap situation as it relates to the CBA spending minimums and why you shouldn’t even be worrying about that.
The combine measurement and drills get underway this week so we discuss a few players I look forward to seeing compete in the Underwear Olympics.
At the end of the show I recap my recent profile of Stanford cornerback Alex Carter and we also talk about why fans need to curb their enthusiasm about former CFL linebacker Shawn Lemon, who signed with the Steelers a few weeks ago.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
