Season 5, Episode 52 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and David Todd and I get right into talking about how the game this week between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Atlanta Falcons isn’t overly important for the home team because of the state of the NFC South and the remaining games on their schedule. It’s really amazing and it could wind up resulting in the Falcons resting wide receiver Julio Jones if he’s not 100% come Sunday.
We move on to talk about the Steelers injury situation headed into this week and also discuss the practice squad move that was made Tuesday.
We talk a little bit about the Falcons, throw around a few stats and also discuss who deserves to be the Steelers team MVP with three games left in the season. We also talk about some other news and notes around the league heading into Week 15 and end the first half of the show by admiring the season that running back Le’Veon Bell has had so far.
In the second half of this episode we are joined by D.Orlando Ledbetter who covers the Falcons for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. D.Orlando gives us some great insight on the upcoming game and he’s even kind enough to throw out a prediction for the game at the end of the segment.
