The Steelers former second-round draft pick out of Michigan State also leads the NFL with 461 scrimmage yards and is the only player averaging 150-plus scrimmage yards per game in 2014.
Bell was nominated for the same award following thew Steelers 30-27 win over the Cleveland Browns back in Week 1. He was, however, beaten out by Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno.
