The Pittsburgh Steelers are now down a fullback for the rest of this week.
According to Jim Wexell of Steel City Insider on Twitter, Will Johnson is currently in a walking boot after leaving practice Tuesday with an ankle sprain.
Johnson claims that he will be back next week, so that’s a positive sign.
Johnson is entering his third season with the Steelers after being signed as an undrafted free agent in 2012. Last season, the West Virginia product registered eight catches for 41 yards and a touchdown in 173 snaps played.
