The New England Patriots are done with wide receiver/kick returner Reggie Dunn as the former Pittsburgh Steelers speed merchant was waived Thursday at the conclusion of their offseason practices.
Dunn, who was signed to the Patriots practice on Jan. 7, was originally signed by the Steelers as undrafted free agent last year out of Utah.
Dunn has donned a few different uniforms since being waived by the Steelers last August has he has spent time on the practice squads of the Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins in addition to the Patriots.
During the 2013 preseason, Dunn caught one pass for 10 yards and rushed twice for another 19 yards for the Steelers. He also returned seven punts for 69 yards and two kickoffs for 73 yards.
