The 2015 NFL mock drafts are already in full swing and Todd McShay of ESPN.com even has one out for the first round already.
McShay has the Pittsburgh Steelers picking 21st overall in the 2015 NFL Draft and has them selecting LSU cornerback Jalen Mills.
McShay writes:
Mills brings very good size to the cornerback position, measuring in at 6 feet, 185. He should have a lot of playmaking opportunities in the LSU secondary this season.
Mills is McShay’s third cornerback off the board behind Oregon’s Ifo Ekpre-Olomu and Florida State’s P.J. Williams.
Mills was recently named to the 2014 Lott IMPACT Trophy Watch. In addition, fellow ESPN.com writer David Ching recently reported that Mills has found a new home at safety.
I sure hope that Mills is able to fill out a little bit more as he sure looks mighty lanky.
I’m going to go out on an early limb and guess that Mills will not be the Steelers first-round selection a year from now. I admit that’s a mighty brave prediction.
Happy Saturday, everybody.
