By the looks of things, there will not be a 2014 version of Terence Garvin for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
While the Steelers did invite 20 unsigned undrafted players to their rookie minicamp for tryouts that took place over weekend, none impressed enough to warrant being signed, according to Bob Labriola of Steelers Digest.
Last year, Garvin, an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia, was signed to the Steelers 90 man roster after impressing the coaches during his rookie minicamp tryout.
Garvin went on to make the Steelers 53 man roster out of training camp and dressed for 15 games during his rookie season. That feat won’t likely be topped for a long time, if ever.
