According to several Tuesday evening reports, the Arizona Cardinals have signed former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Larry Foote.
Foote, who has started 119 of 172 games during his 12-year career, was released by the Steelers back in March. Last season, Foote only started and played in one game due to a biceps injury suffered in the season opener.
By signing with the Cardinals, Foote will be reunited with head coach Bruce Arians, who was the Steelers offensive coordinator for several seasons.
Foote was originally drafted by the Steelers in the fourth-round of the 2002 NFL Draft out of Michigan. He played one year with the Detroit Lions in 2009, but returned to Pittsburgh the following season. He will turn 34 in June.
