According to Bo Marchionte of College2Pro.com, the Pittsburgh Steelers have a visit scheduled with South Florida offensive lineman Lawrence Martin.
Martin, who started the 2013 season as a guard, converted to tight end after the first two games. Martin, however, moved back to the offensive line for the College All Star Bowl after the season ended.
Being as Martin weighed in at his Pro Day at 318 pounds, the Steelers are looking at him as a guard. He ran a 5.29 40-yard dash and did 27 reps on the bench.
There’s a good chance that Martin will go undrafted, so he might be a candidate to be signed as an undrafted free agent.
