Buffalo Bills free agent defensive end Alex Carrington visited with the Oakland Raiders on Monday, but left town without a contract. It was believed that the Arkansas State product was to visit with the St. Louis Rams on Tuesday, but apparently that didn’t happen.
According to a Tuesday afternoon report by Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Rams remain interested in Carrington, but he has yet to visit.
Carrington met with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Friday, but he left without a contract after reportedly having a good meeting and passing a physical. The two sides were reportedly going to stay in touch with one another.
As far as where Carrington is now, there are unconfirmed rumors that he will next visit with the Cleveland Browns.
