The Pittsburgh Steelers have now added two more players to their offseason roster as running back Miguel Maysonet and wide receiver Lanear Sampson were both signed to future contracts on Tuesday.
Maysonet was originally signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2013 out of Stony Brook but was released in May. During the 2013 season, he spent time on the practice squads of the Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers and New York Jets.
Sampson was originally signed by the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2013 out of Baylor where he totaled 165 catches for 1,905 yards and 11 touchdowns as a four year starter. In 2013 he spent time on the practice squad of the Dallas Cowboys.
