Pittsburgh Steelers soon-to-be unrestricted free agent linebacker Jason Worilds is inactive for the 2013 regular season finale against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday as he was unable to recover from an abdomen injury suffered last Sunday in the win over the Green Bay Packers.
With Worilds out, Chris Carter will more than likely start in his place opposite rookie Jarvis Jones with Stevenson Sylvester also likely to see time depending on how the rotation goes. Also active for the first time this season is outside linebacker Jamaal Westerman, who was signed to the roster when LaMarr Woodley was placed on injured reserve.
Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who will more than likely be gone via free agency during the offseason, is active for the Sunday game as it appears he will give it go after suffering a knee injury last week. Just in case, the Steelers decided to dress five receivers as Derek Moye is also active for the game.
Rounding out the inactives are Landry Jones, Hebron Fangupo, Brian Arnfelt, Isaiah Green, Terence Garvin and David Snow.
The Browns will be without a few key players in the game as cornerback Joe Haden and nose tackle Phil Taylor are both on the inactive list. Rookie Leon McFadden is expected to start in place of Haden, so expect the Steelers to attack him early and often in the passing game.
