The Thursday injury report for the Green bay Packers is now in and it only has one change from the one released on Wednesday as defensive end Johnny Jolly (shoulder, neck) has now been ruled out for the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Not practicing for a second straight day were tight end Brandon Bostick (foot), linebacker Brad Jones (ankle), running back Eddie Lacy (ankle), defensive end Mike Neal (abdomen) and linebacker Nick Perry (foot). Lacy, however, is still expected to play on Sunday against the Steelers.
As for quarterback Aaron Rodgers (collarbone), he was limited again on Thursday and was relegated to taking some snaps with the second team. Rodgers has still has not received medical clearance for game action.
“I have a good sense of what’s going to happen,” Rodgers said on Thursday.
As it looks right now, Matt Flynn will start on Sunday, but that could of course change as head coach Mike McCarthy is expected to announce his starter on Friday.
Also limited on Thursday were defensive tackle Ryan Pickett (knee) and defensive end C.J. Wilson (ankle).
