The Tuesday injury report for the Pittsburgh Steelers is now out and it includes a few players that were not listed on the Monday report.
As expected, nose tackle Steve McLendon (ankle) did not practice on Tuesday and he’s already been ruled out for the Thursday night game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Limited on Tuesday were linebacker LaMarr Woodley (calf), tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), tight end Heath Miller (not injury related) and safety Troy Polamalu (not injury related). Head coach Mike Tomlin noted Monday during his press conference that Tuesday would be an important day for Woodley and a few others, and being as he was limited, it looks as if he might just miss a third straight game with a calf injury.
Practicing fully on Tuesday were defensive end Brett Keisel (foot), safety Shamarko Thomas (ankle) and linebacker Stevenson Sylvester (hamstring). Sylvester is not expected to play against the Ravens, but it looks like Keisel and Thomas might as long as they are able to go again on Wednesday without any issues.
