The Thursday injury report for the Pittsburgh Steelers is now in and it includes some good news, as several players that were limited on Wednesday were able to practice fully on day two.
Guard David DeCastro (ankle), defensive end Cameron Heyward (knee) and wide receiver Markus Wheaton (finger) all practiced fully for a second straight day.
Also practicing fully on Thursday were tight end Heath Miller (not injury related), center Fernando Velasco (thigh) and cornerback Ike Taylor (concussion). Taylor had sat out on Wednesday, while both Miller and Velasco had been limited the day before.
Limited again on Thursday were tackles Kelvin Beachum (knee) and Marcus Gilbert (ankle). Rookie linebacker Vince Williams (concussion) was able to return to practice on a limited basis after sitting out Wednesday’s session.
The Steelers will host the Buffalo Bills Sunday at Heinz Field.
