Pittsburgh Steelers team president Art Rooney II has now responded via a statement to the early Sunday report by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network in which he stated quarterback Ben Roethlisberger would likely ask the team to trade him after the season.
Contrary to erroneous reports, the Pittsburgh Steelers have not explored trading quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and have no plans to do so.
