Season 4, Episode 4 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start off by talking about all the hitting and tackling that\’s going on during the Pittsburgh Steelers 2013 version of training camp and we wonder if it will slow down soon. The Steelers have a lot of dinged up players right now as they head into day number eleven, so we go over that list in order to bring everyone up to speed.
The Steelers have flipped tackles Mike Adams and Marcus Gilbert recently so that\’s a talking point in this episode as is the fantastic start of camp that rookie running back Le\’Veon Bell has had. We talk about what coach Kirby Wilson had to say about Bell on Sunday.
David had a great interview with linebackers coach Keith Butler over the weekend and it included him talking about almost all of the linebackers currently on the roster. Butler had some interesting comments about both Stevenson Sylvester and LaMarr Woodley so we discuss them in detail.
Fullback Will Johnson got our attention once again and we also discuss a few other players that seem to be making some noise in camp this year.
Time is ticking down for contract extensions, so we again go over the short list of players that might receive some attention soon.
As always, there are a few other talking points mixed in that I did not highlight here in the recap.
