In preparation for their second preseason game against the Washington Redskins next Monday, the Pittsburgh Steelers released an updated depth chart on Wednesday.
As far as noticeable changes from the last depth chart go, rookie wide receiver Justin Brown has jumped David Gilreath
Both Isaac Redman and Le\’Veon Bell are listed as first team running back heading into second preseason game.
Kelvin Beachum is now listed as backup right tackle and Guy Whimper has officially been moved to the backup left guard spot after previously be listed as the backup right tackle.
Backup quarterback Landry Jones is also now listed as the third team quarterback over John Parker Wilson.
Justin Cheadle, who needed to be carted off the practice field on Monday with either a knee or leg injury, is no longer listed on the depth chart so make of that what you will. If he is indeed out for the season, we should see a transaction pretty soon.
