So much for Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le\’Veon Bell being sidelined long as Dale Lolley of the Washington Observer is now reporting that the running back is practicing Friday.
We will have to wait and see just how much the rookie participates in practice, but there is no way he would be out there if they thought he could do more damage.
Earlier in the day, the Steelers second-round draft pick said the knee bruise that he aggravated Thursday isn\’t as bad as people feared and that he still hopes to play Monday night in the second preseason game against the Washington Redskins.
Lolley does add, however, that he doesn\’t see running back Isaac Redman on the field. Redman reportedly suffered a stinger Thursday, but he isn\’t supposed to be sidelined for long.
UPDATE: Redman has arrived on the field in pads.
And just arriving on the field, Isaac Redman. In pads.
