The Pittsburgh Steelers are back on the practice fields of Saint Vincent College following their Tuesday day off and already we are getting news about a few players that will not be partaking in the fourth training camp practice of the year.
According to Mike Prisuta of DVE Radio, cornerback Cortez Allen (knee) is not in pads on Wednesday as he continues to rehab some sort of knee problem that was categorized as discomfort by head coach Mike Tomlin following the Sunday practice.
Also not expected to practice on Wednesday is cornerback DeMarcus Van Dyke (hamstring), who continues to recover from a hamstring injury suffered late on Monday.
There is no word yet on whether or not rookie cornerback Terry Hawthorne (knee) will practice Wednesday. Like Allen, he has been sidelined with a knee problem.
