Season 3, Episode 105 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I have quite a bit to talk about with the Pittsburgh Steelers first OTA practices of the 2013 season now completed. We open the show by talking about tackle Max Starks signing this week with the San Diego Chargers and move on from there to discuss who is playing where on the Steelers offensive line this past week in practice.
After passing on all of the latest injury news on linebacker Jarvis Jones and cornerback Terry Hawthorne, David and I talk about what tight end Heath Miller had to say about his knee injury rehab as well as what safety Troy Polamalu had to say about his calf that has caused him problems the last four seasons.
A little bit of news came out on Wednesday about cornerback Cortez Allen possibly playing the nickel spot in 2013, so we talk about that move as well as what it means for fellow cornerback William Gay.
David had some good interviews this week with running back Baron Batch, cornerback Curtis Brown, nose tackle Steve McLendon, nose tackle Hebron Fangupo and offensive lineman Kelvin Beachum, so we hit the high points on all of those.
Running back Isaac Redman showed up for the Steelers first OTA session 10 pounds later and that leads to us discussing the Steelers depth chart at the position as a result.
As usual, a few other talking points are of course mixed in along way.
