The Friday injury report of the week for the Washington Redskins is now out as they prepare to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at Heinz Field.
Wide receiver Pierre Garcon (foot) and safety Brandon Meriweather (knee) were ruled out for the game on Friday as expected.
Linebacker London Fletcher (hamstring, head) ended up practicing fully on Friday, and although he is listed as questionable on the Friday injury report, it looks likely that his consecutive game streak will stay alive. The Redskins linebacker has played in 231 straight games, but he said that he has been dealing with balance issues now for a couple of weeks. On Thursday Fletcher underwent several hours of neurological testing that ruled out him having a concussion. The 37-year-old linebacker is still dealing with a strained right hamstring.
Cornerback David Jones (achilles), cornerback Cedric Griffin (hamstring), punter Saverio Rocca (right knee), cornerback Josh Wilson (shoulder), defensive end Doug Worthington (calf), and running back Darrel Young (hamstring) all practiced fully on Friday and all were listed as probable on the Friday injury report.
