Season 3, Episode 13 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd I start off our preview of the Sunday night opener for the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Denver Broncos by going over the Thursday injury report and what we are looking for Friday. Will James Harrison play and should he play? We discuss it.
The Steelers signed former Oakland Raiders third round draft pick, cornerback DeMarcus Van Dyke, and I tell what I know about the newest edition after doing some tape study on him Thursday night. Will David DeCastro be placed on the 8 week injured reserve list today? We discuss the options.
We move on to give our thoughts on the Steelers week 1 game and take a look at both sides of the ball as it relates to how both teams might attack and defend each other. Will the Steelers be run heavy early on? Will they use the running backs in the passing game? We talk about all of this in the breakdown segment.
Before giving our prediction on the game, David and I run through the week 1 schedule and betting lines and make our first picks against the spread for entertainment purposes only of course. We end by picking the score of the Sunday night game.
We will be back on Monday to wrap up the game which hopefully includes talking about a Steelers win.
