Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin held his post game press conference following the 17-16 win over the Carolina Panthers in the fourth and final preseason game of the 2012 season.
Tomlin said that rookie linebacker Sean Spence is currently at a local hospital with a significant left knee injury that he suffered late in the 3rd quarter of the game. The coach also said that outside of a few other bumps and bruises that undrafted free agent safety Robert Golden suffered a hamstring injury of which he did not know the degree of seriousness of and that cornerback Curtis Brown also suffered a knee injury.
Tomlin said he admired how the team played and fought tonight and that he understands there are tough choices coming up that need to be made.
