Greg Cosell of NFL Films posted Tuesday on the evolution of the zone blitz that has been made famous by Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau.
The Byham Theater in Pittsburgh hosted a private “red carpet” screening Tuesday night of “The Dark Knight Rises” and it was attended by several current and former Steelers players, many of whom can be seen in the film as members of the Gotham City Rogues. Pittsburgh’s historic Three Rivers Stadium would have been 42 years old this past Monday. The stadium was demolished Feb. 11, 2001.
