A little fun post here on a Friday. With all of the recent buzz being about the pending situation with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward, the upcoming restricted free agency of Mike Wallace, the stories about Art Rooney II being a meddlesome owner and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger not yet meeting new offensive coordinator Todd Haley, we have wide receiver Antonio Brown swoop in to save the day. Thanks to a picture that Brown posted today on Twitter, we now know that he has at least met Haley.
Rooney II was asked about Roethlisberger not yet meeting with Haley by Ed Bouchette on Thursday and the Steelers president laughed and said facetiously, “We\’re getting to the point where every time somebody meets with somebody around here we\’ve got to have a press conference.”
The photo of Brown with Haley already received a funny reply from safety Ryan Clark as he tweeted back to Brown, “Hey, sucking up to the coach isnt going to make him call plays for you! Lol”
