Below are the offensive personnel packages, play counts and participation chart for the Pittsburgh Steelers week 14 win Thursday night against the Cleveland Browns.
Participation wise, Hines Ward only saw 16 non-penalty snaps Thursday night, 18 in total and they were scattered out throughout the game. Jerricho Cotchery on the other hand saw 24 non-penalty snaps and 26 in total. Maurkice Pouncey got just 23 snaps in prior to leaving the game with his ankle injury.
Personnel group wise, we only saw 2 plays that did not have a running back on the field and 30 of the 53 non-penalty plays had at least 2 more tight ends on the field with 13 featuring 3 or more as I counted Trai Essex as a tight end on the 3 plays he saw action on.
