Seahawks defensive end Raheem Brock was fined today for his hit on Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger after being leg whipped by right tackle Marcus Gilbert. At first I thought the fine might be unjust, but if you look at the slowed down animated gif video below along with the still shots you can see Brock lunge for the legs long after his first knee hits the ground. In fact his knees come off the ground again as you can see in the video. As you can see, Brock was deserving of the flag and the fine. Brocks\’ do not bounce.
