As expected, the Steelers will place a franchise tag on outside linebacker LaMarr Woodley any day now. The tag carries around a $10 million price tag on it for linebackers. The Steelers will likely wait and see how the labor issues play out before working out a long term deal with Woodley.

Ed Bouchette said in his online chat that he does not expect receiver Limas Sweed to be in a Steelers uniform after training camp. Sweed is entering the final year of his rookie contract.

Not a big surprise that Steelers defensive coordinator Dick Lebeau will return for 2011 and Coach Dad expects to sign another one year contract any day now.

The Steelers will certainly be looking to draft a cornerback this April and the NFL Total Access crew examines how this year\’s cornerback class will need to step it up at the combine.
