(on the pain of losing a Super Bowl) “I don’t feel anything but pain. It is a job, it is a game, it is what we do. It was definitely not who we are, but I am going to get to the hotel and try and let some of my pain go and play with my son.”
(on the pain lasting a few weeks) “I know I lost an AFC Championship game one time and the pain was there for about four to six weeks. I don’t know how long this is going to last but I hope it is over with fast.”
(on the emotional bond with your teammates) “Each one of these guys is my brother and I mean that to the depths of my soul. Like I said, I am going to go back to the hotel and play with my son. He has 60-plus uncles out here that are feeling the same way that I am feeling.”
