Once again, All-World strong safety Troy Polamalu made a few spectacular plays in week 17 against the Cleveland Browns. Polamalu timed another one of his flying leaps just perfectly and almost sacked Browns quarterback Colt McCoy in the process. McCoy ended up rolling out and throwing incomplete on the play. Polamalu, who had missed the last 2 games against the Jets and the Panthers, showed why he still needs to be considered as the NFL defensive MVP.
