With just a few hours left now in 2014, I wanted to say thank you to all of you who have patronized this site the past year. It’s been a record year here for us at Steelers Depot and the traffic far exceeded the goals I had set for it at the beginning of the year.
I am thrilled to have so many great contributors on this site and in addition to all of the longtime writers, you’ve probably noticed a few new names recently to close out this year. In addition, there are a few contributors that work behind the scenes and I’m lucky to have their help as well. Below is an up-to-date list of all of the site contributors along with their Twitter handles. If you are not already doing so, please give each of them a follow. This site has become what it is now because of their hard work and dedication as there is no way I could do it all by myself.
Thankfully 2015 will begin with the Pittsburgh Steelers still in the hunt for their seventh Lombardi Trophy. What better way to kick off the new year with another game against the Baltimore Ravens at Heinz Field. It is indeed an exciting time to be a Steelers fan.
After the Steelers season comes to end, hopefully in February, we will transition quickly into offseason mode and that includes coverage of all the college all-star games, NFL combine, pro days and free agency leading up to the draft. If you’ve been a visitor to this site for a while, you know that the football season last 365 days a year for us.
We hope you have enjoyed spending 2014 with us here and we look forward to outdoing ourselves once again in 2015. We have some exciting things planned for you and we hope you continue to visit here.
