The Pittsburgh Steelers have likely lost center Maurkice Pouncey and linebacker Larry Foote for the season as both will require surgery because of injuries suffered in the season opening loss to the Tennessee Titans.
Pouncey tore both the ACL and MCL in his right knee in the first quarter and Foote ruptured a bicep in the fourth quarter.
According to head coach Mike Tomlin, kicker Shaun Suisham injured a hamstring in pregame and they will have see where that goes.
In addition to the other injuries running back LaRod Stephens-Howling needed an MRI on his injured knee and the results are not yet known. Cornerback Cortez Allen suffered a right ankle sprain.
Kelvin Beachum replace Pouncey at center and Kion Wilson replaced Foote at inside linebacker.
The Steelers will certainly have roster moves upcoming as both Pouncey and Foote will likely be placed on injured reserve as early as Tuesday.
